Guest guest
Greetings Members, We all realize that on our perspective journeys to acquiring optimal health there can be many phases, moments and places that we find ourselves in that at times can and will be very challenging. I can only hope that we will not become discouraged to the point where we completely cave and give up. We all may need a little help from time to time as we struggle to understand and fit all of the pieces of this "RAW LIFESTYLE" puzzle together. No one really knows when it'll happen for them so we continue on our paths. There is much, much to learn but it takes time. At times you will learn to agree or disagree with others and sometimes realize that silence really is golden. You will go back and forth with your learned information until it either makes your head spin or finally make since. For instance, to consume "soy" or not, to dehydrated foods or not, to eat the fruit rather than juice it, to slightly steam your greens or not, to use suppliments or not, to eat seedless fruits or not, to drink while you eat or not, and of late, green or shaved coconuts? As Ron and and I enter our 7th year of this lifestyle we find that it never ceases to amaze us. As we look back we are awed over things that we've learned and experienced, and yes a few that we've completely changed our minds on and are now doing just the opposite, for health's sake. You will finally learn what works best for you and remember amongst all of us, there are no carbon copies. When you get a chance, set aside an hour and check out this site. Listen to all of the free video chapters (1-33) and let us know what you think. http://rawdoctors.com/index.php Remain Focused and Good Health to You Elaine
