Hi Everybody,

I'm happy to report that my raw food experience is going well.

Everything seems to be working from a digestion perspective. My hands

have healed up from the eczema like symptons with the help of rubber

gloves. I do have one question. My nails seem brittle - I seem to

experience a lot of nails peeling on my left thumb. I don't seem to

have it anywhere else. Any suggestions to relieve this?

Thanks,

Tino

I'd use tea tree oil or other natural oil on it topically and keep eating those foods high in vit. C like citrus, red pepper, cantaloupe, broccoli, asparagus.....
