Guest guest
Just in case you have one of those "chocolate moments" again, I found something for you. Try this Raw Vegan Chocolate Cake recipe and let me know what you think. You can have all that you want!Grind 1 cup of raw organic almonds (don't soak them) in a blender on high speed for about one minute until they are a fine powder. (Best in a Vita Mix using the pummel to push the nuts down as you blend)Keep grinding until they start to get a little doughy due to the oils being releasedAdd 2 TBS of raw carob powderAdd 1 1/2 TBS of raw unfiltered honeyContinue to blend (and push with pummel if available) for one minuteUse a spatula to remove from blender and roll mixture into balls or form into a piece of cake. Enjoy a little bit now, and a little bit later! It may be a bit warm from all the blending but it's under 105 degrees. This cake can keep in the fridge for a week! ENJOY! Guest guest
Thanks. I will make it! I haven't had any chocolate since I called myself out. I did however make some chocolate avocado pudding. Gotta love it!Sent from my BlackBerry wireless handheld."E.
