21 Day Raw Food Challenge Begins!

 

This Sunday at 4pm we will launch this season's Raw Food Challenge. ALL those interested in participating should be in attendance. This time around we will be pushing the bar a bit for those who are willing and able. For the first seven days we will be consuming an all raw diet. For week 2 - we will have a Juice Feast - not Fast - we will consume at least one gallon a day of pure fresh juice and one gallon at least of distilled water. You can juice at home or you can order your juices from the

Yabba Pot. We will have a special for the Raw Food Challenge participants of $25 per gallon of fresh pure juice. If you are interested in purchasing a whole week of juices - that is - seven days of fresh juice - you can pay in advance only $200. For week 3 - we will go back to eating all raw again. If juicing for a week is too much for you than continue eating raw throughout the duration of the challenge. See you this Sunday at 4pm. We will launch the challenge, discuss what we will be doing during the challenge which includes: Guest Speakers, Field Trips, A Potluck, Webinars and Internet TV shows!
