Guest guest
Hi Kimberly, It seems that I need to update the "Suggested Reading for Beginners" file in 's home page. I'm sure Skai will chime in soon with additional information for you but in the mean time as soon as you can, pick up these two books. 1. The Juiceman's Power of Juicing by Jay Kordich. Jay's book offers the most simple and less time consuming juice recipes I believe for beginners in addition to an education on the healing and cleansing principles of the veggies and fruits. 2. Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices by Dr. Norman Walker. Dr. Walker in his genius, further expounds on the wonders of juicing as it relates to your health. As a matter of fact prepare yourself in the near future to purchase all of his writings, at least 9 more (price ranges from $6 - $7). They are very good readings. The precious thing about purchasing books rather than just printing out a recipe is that they offer much, much more information that helps you understand fully why you're juicing and you'll have it in your possession for future reference. Believe me, you will find yourself peeping back into these books and the second and third times tend to clear a lot of things up for you. Good luck to you as take the challenge. Remain Focused and Good Health to You Elaine kimberly cooper <krenata8 Sent: Monday, December 1, 2008 7:54:27 AM Raw Food Recipes Skai,Please offer some raw food recipes for juicing and vegies.
