Aloha Everyone. GRREEEAAAATTTTT News. The RAW SPIRIT is coming to the EAST COAST... Steph and Todd of High Vibe Health have organized a Potluck and Teleconference in October! To attend, please RSVP for each event, so we have a close count of attendees. 1. Tele Conference with Raw Spirit Visionary Happy Oasis on October 14th at 8pm. We'll discuss Raw Spirit and Raw Spirit on our EAST COAST. Get involved, plan and attend! RSVP for the Teleconference here...2. Raw Food Potluck on October 22nd at 8 pm. Come share raw food and a great time as we visit with Happy Oasis, the founder of the Raw Spirit Food Festival. (Happy will be in Boston and New York the up coming weeks also) - Meet Joe Kennedy

NOTE: To RSVP for either event you will need to be a member or join the High Vibe Health Meetup Group This is a Rawluck/Potluck, so bring a 100% Vegan, Raw Food dish for 8-10 people. Be sure to have a 3x5 card to display the ingredients of your dish. Small cards with the recipe to hand out is even better. Experience shows only a few are required though. First timers to raw food can email us for recipe suggestions. We love to have fun and laugh, you'll enjoy the

eclectic nature of the people you'll meet here. Bring your smiling self and your like-minded, like-spirited, fun-loving friends.
