Guest guest
Peace - Your body goes through many changes once you start eating Raw and Living Foods. I am not exactly sure if nuts were the cause of your breakout. I do know that for me nuts dont go down very well. Are you soaking them? You must sprout your nuts for several hours so that the enzymes can "wake up" and live. I also know that alot of people tend to breakout into pimples as a sign of releasing toxins. In fact my face as few on it right now too. Some people get sick, in other words, there nose starts to run and their eyes become watery. It is all part of the cleansing reaction. Keep moving forward and drink plenty of water...at least 80 oz a day. peas Skai connie pedrosa Sep 5, 2008 9:26 AM Re: Re: 21 Day Raw Food Challenge - Fall Equinox Thank you --- here I go strong... I have noticed that nuts give me pimples...have you heard of something like that before? Guest guest
Nuts: 8-12 hours or over night Seeds: 2-4 hours Be careful and do some research on your " white " nuts (macadamia, cashews and pinenuts), they are very oily so be sure to rinse thoroughly. Once you advance into this lifestyle, you'll learn to soak or not to soak these particular nuts. , connie pedrosa <connie_pedrosa wrote: > > Thanks......I am going to do that and see what happens....how many hours do they need to be soaked for? > > > --- On Fri, 9/5/08, Skai Juice <Bushtea wrote: > > Skai Juice <Bushtea > Day 5 - - - 21 Day Raw Food Challenge > > Friday, September 5, 2008, 10:34 AM > Peace - Your body goes through many changes once you start eating Raw and Living Foods.
