Guest guest Posted August 25, 2008 Report Share Posted August 25, 2008 RECIPES CREAMY COLE SLAW Shred 1/8 of a cabbage Diagonally slice a stalk of fennel (mix both of these) SAUCE 1 tsp. Dark Miso ½ cup Raw Tahini 1 tbs. fresh lime juice 1 tbs. honey 1 inch slice of ginger 1/3 cup of green onion ½ cup water Serve on bed of greens and sprinkle soaked seeds of your choice (pumpkin, sunflower or sesame). VEGIE WRAP Nori Sheets Alfalfa, Radish or Clover Julian veggies (of your choice, such as): celery avocado red, yellow, orange, purple or white bell pepper carrots tomato cucumber olives spring onion pickled ginger fresh thyme (pinch) basil (pinch) oregano (pinch) Place all ingredients on Nori Sheet then fold in diaper form. If this proves to be too dry, try pouring your favorite raw salad dressing into the pocket or spread your favorite hummus or pate¢ on the Nori Sheet first. BROCOLI SOUP 1 Cup soaked raw almonds 1 Cup water (Blend these until white then squeeze through sprout bag) Add ½ cup of juiced broccoli stems ½ cup broccoli florets (blend again) Add addition seasonings if desired. SPINACH MOUSSE 2 cups soaked almonds - for pie crust. Process in a food processor until doughy then press into glass pie dish or your choice. (season this mix any way you choose for it will be very bland, i.e. fresh or dried herbs) MOUSSE 1 or 2 bags of pre-washed organic spinach (Pulse/Chop in food processor) then add to following and mix in Vita Mix until mousse consistency. ½ cup of raw tahini ½ cup of soaked pine nuts 1/4 cup of water or less 3-4 tbs. of syllium husk powder (or capsules) Chill 20-30 min. **THIS MOUSSE HAS A VERY BLAND TASTE, FEEL FREE TO DOCTOR THIS UP WITH ANY HERB OR SEASONING OF YOUR CHOICE.** Enjoy!
