Hi, I would like to know some recipes that are calcium rich and alsohow to make sesame seed milk (I think I read that its highest incalcium?) ThanksAnne

Ann,

I raised my daughter on almond and easement seed milk, She now grown and has had only one tiny cavity.

Just like most nut milk recipes, you will need to soak the almonds, remove the hull, then blend it, strain it, use the solid material for other dishes. You can use some vanilla, stevia or any food grade essential oil for pazz!

Sesame seed milk with almonds worked amazing for me. My big girl has beautiful teeth and strong bones.

Make the sesame seed milk the same way, but you don't have to soak the seeds. When i wasn't breast feeding this was the milk i used. it also holds in the regrigerator for about four days.

If decide to experiment with the organic, therpautic grade essential oils with food, be sure to use the tooth pick method, that is putting a tooth pick in the oil of choice then placing the tooth pick in the food. The quality oils, like young living are very strong and can ruin a creation of applied directly. I use orange with some of my creations, yea orange and raw cacoa is off the charts!

Hope this helps................ google nut milk or living foods for exact quanities.

I also use supplements .....but that is another story.
