Guest guest
Don't have recipes but here are some foods that are very high in calcium that you can add to your food:1. Sprouted Quinoa (if u are transitional use cooked)2. Almonds3. Kale (add to smoothies)4. Sesame seedsNote: to make sesame milk, just take about a cup of seeds. Put them into a blender with about a quart of water. Add a little agave or sweetener if desired. Blend until smooth. Strain through cheesecloth and store/refrigerate in a glass container. Hope this helps.AB--- On Thu, 8/21/08, hettenna <annmdusa wrote:hettenna <annmdusa need calcium ideas Date: Thursday, August 21, 2008, 9:43 PM Hi, I would like to know some recipes that are calcium rich and also how to make sesame seed milk (I think I read that its highest in calcium?) Guest guest
Don't forget to soak your seeds 2-4 hours prior to blending. Drain from soak water and rinse, then add them to about 2 cups of water and blend. For extra flavor, (sesame seeds can leave an after taste that you may not like for starters) add cinnamon, nutmeg and smidget of celtic sea salt (optional) plus your sweetner. Also remember that nutmeg is very strong.
