This weeks co-op list and information

Greetings all

I am sending out the list for this weeks co-op.

There are a lot of changes that I will explain.

1) Co-op drop offs are still in the process of being formed. If you have any questions or would like to form your own please let me know.

2) The drop off listed do not have a time attached to them as of yet, as soon as I get a time a day from the host I will let you know.

3) Co-op drop off days are now FRIDAY and SATURDAYS the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month

4) There is no minimum order amount to order to be a part of the co-op, also there is no membership fees or admin fee’s.

5) Those who contacted me about being a drop off and still want to participate this week please send me your information ASAP so I can add you to the list and let co-op members know asap.

6) Orders will be due THIS WEEK ONLY Wednesday July 23, 2008 by 12 noon. Following this week orders will all be due on the Tuesday before drop off.

7) If you order this week you will get a list of what will be in the next weeks co-op order list. If you do not order I will then post it on the co-op list serv but it will be in the excel format I will not reformate to word.

8) I am listed as a co-op drop off but that is temporary, I am listed as a drop off because I handle deliveries of large per item orders only. I know some of you have 90.00+ per item orders and since I have not been able to establish a SE DC drop off as of yet I don’t want those of you to suffer because of it. There will be a small delivery fee added to to those orders. So those of you who have large per item orders or I was delivering to myself

before you can still place an order with but please make sure I have you correct mailing address.

9) If you went to the SE drop off prior and can not get to any of the new established ones please do contact me to see if any arrangements can be made. How ever I am encouraging those of you in SE to start a drop off .

10) New drop off points may start collecting checks or money orders for pre payment for co-op members for the following week, but please ask your co-op host. This will be the only way we will continue to take checks is when payments are sent in advance with enough time to process each check prior to the next drop off time

So with all of that said if you have any other questions please do let me know.

Also if you are doing a co-op drop off this week I will be emailing you your vochure so that you can use towards this weeks order.

All orders and payments are due Wednesday by 12 noon NO exceptions!

Also we have changed the Freggies to down size the number of Freggie offerings:

These are the minum offerings for each size box we usually have more but these are our minimum numbers

Little Organic – $15.00 2-3 fruit (2-3 pieces of each)

5-6 veggies ( 1 of each -except potatoes - 3-4)

Small organic $25.00 3-4 fruit (3-5 pieces of each)

6-8 veggies ( 1-2 of each -except potatoes - 4-6)

Large organic $50.00 4-6 fruit (6-8 pieces of each)

8-9 veggies (2-3 of each -except potatoes - 8-10) 1herb

Community $65.00 5-6 fruit (8-12 pieces of each)
