So in this email I will answer some questions I have received from you all and hopefully get everything squared away for us to do co-op for the 4th week. So questions: 1) How many people are needed to have a drop of point ( can you have a drop off with 2-3 folks) A drop off point would need about 7-8 folks minimum. The max per drop off will be determine in the very near future but I think it will max at 15 people. Any thing over 15 we will have to form another drop off in the same area. 2) Who sets the drop off time and place. The person who does the actual drop off. You can have it in the evening or morning time.it's up to you. You can hold a drop off at your home if you choose to as well. If you want to have drop off at a public place like a school or church (etc) if will need to be a place that we can deliver to. If we can't make deliveries to that location than it will be your responsibility to take it to that location. 3) When will deliveries be make. Deliveries will be made in the morning hours on Saturday usually before 1030am. On Wednesdays it will be in the morning or evening but we can work it out based off your circumstance. 4) How will people find out about me being a drop off point and if I have it at my house do you have to send everyone my house address. Once you commit to being a drop off point we will send out a list to the co-op lists. You don't have to list your address but we do have to list the city and state and what your address is close to or intersections. 5) I want to do a drop off but I don't want the hard work of per item orders is there away I can just handle freggies. Yes you can, it's up to you, We ask that you try per items but if you are just totally set against trying it you can just do freggies. 6) I want to do a drop off but I have many seniors who want a box and I would have to deliver it to them you can I do that. Yes you can deliver to your neighbors if you like, but if you need gas handled because of that you will have to handle that with those you are dropping off too. 7) I have 10 folks lined up now what? Tell me what day you want your drop off to be and where and I will send out a list by Wednesday telling everyone our drop off points (at this time). I will also be sending out a email to those who want to handle drop offs and we will hold a telephone conference call and get every ones questions answered (if you have more) and get everything started. 8) I live in Fredrick can I do a drop off? Yes you can The Co-operative is now a doing co-ops from Maryland to North Carolina ( So MD, DC, Va, And NC). We may add more places later but that's what we can handle at this time The co-op number is still functioning its 202-678-7090, please leave a message, but email is the best way to get me. Today is the first time in a week I have checked my email so if I haven't emailed you back please email me again. These are potential drop offs: Hillsborough, NC Durham, NC Collage Park, MD (2 locations) Baltimore , MD Camp Springs, MD I really want drop off in SE so if anyone can spare some time please let me know.
