Guest guest
Greetings Members, I must admit that in the beginning of this article it seemed a little morbid but the more I read, I became more educated to the facts. Never, has the function of this artery been explained so clearly to me. Dr. McDougall did an excellent job. If it helps you as much as it did me, please forward it and/or print it out to pass it on to folks you care about who still "just don't get it." White's vegetarian philosophy. From page 87 of FOOD FOR THOUGHT, the subject is 'Food for Health': "If we plan wisely, that which is most conducive to health can be secured in almost every land. The various preparations of rice, wheat, corn, and oats are sent abroad everywhere, also beans, peas, and lentils. These, with native and imported fruits, and the variety of vegetables that grow in each locality, give an opportunity to select a diet that is complete without the use of flesh meats." - Ellen G. White "Did you ever stop to taste a carrot? Not just eat it, but taste it? You can't taste the beauty and energy of the earth in a Twinkie." - Astrid Alauda Eight hundred quotations (four hundred by Ellen White and four hundred mirrored-quotes from men and women of art, history, science, literature, etc.) can be found in FOOD FOR THOUGHT: http://tinyurl.com/67sads Robert Cohen http://www.notmilk.com ---------- THE NOTMILK NEWSLETTER:SUBSCRIBE: send an empty Email to- notmilk- UNSUBSCRIBE: send an empty Email to- notmilk- Forward this message to your milk-drinking friends:MILK from A to Z: http://www.notmilk.com/milkatoz.html2O QUESTIONS:
