Guest guest Posted June 3, 2008 Report Share Posted June 3, 2008 Hi all, I'm involved with the Health Ministry at our church in Silver Spring, Maryland and on Sept.20, 2008, Saturday, we are having a block party where, among other things, we hope to educate the neighborhood about healthy eating. One comment I get is that people just don't know what the other options are or whether or not they taste good. I would LOVE if I could find a raw and/or vegan Chef who would be willing to come and have a table where they demonstrate 2-4 easy recipes and provide samples for folks to see how great eating healthy can be. (We would reimburse you for the cost of the food.) Please pass this on to anyone you know who might be interested. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to increase the number of people buying prepared meals from them in the DC/Maryland area. Thank you! I am a Vita Mix Demonstrator and would love to do a show with free samples and incorporate some of my raw food recipes. I would come with the intent of trying to sell some machines as well.
