Guest guest
Hi there Everybody, The last time that I wrote in, I didn't have any fruit in my diet. I have a lot more now. 4 - 6 pieces a day plus the stuff that goes into a green smoothie. Yummy! But=, I just got back from New York where it is really cold. I noticed that my skin and nails are cracking (actually the nails are peeling). I could use something like A & D ointment for the skin, but I figure that I will ask the group to see how the people in this group have dealt with it. Any suggestions? -Tino ______________________________\ ____ Never miss a thing. Make your home page. http://www./r/hs
Guest guest
Tino, Two thumbs up on adding fruit. Now, in order to continue balancing your diet, you may want to try oiling from within. Consider adding some of the following: Ground flax seeds or a TBS of Virgin Coconut Oil in your smoothies (I know some of you will say no to this but one should try to see what works for them) Avocado (you decide how much) Olives or X-V Olive Oil A few of the fat nuts (cashews, pine nuts, maccadamia) maybe twice a week. Take a week few weeks to try these individually, not all at once. Elaine Tino Dai <oberoc wrote: Hi there Everybody,The last time that I wrote in, I didn't have any fruit in my diet.
