Guest guest
If your looking for a good raw book, i suggest making your own. I went on a big book buying craze when i first got interested in raw, know i got a bunch of books that i have to jump from one to the other to find the receipes i like. There are tons of good receipes online, i would just copy them into a folder on your computer and make your own with receipes you think really work for you. I can't deal with recipes that are long and cumbersome. I also have some cheat sheets, i'll attach just so you can get an idea. they are simply attached to the side of my fridge. If you want buy a new one, go to http://www.excalibu rdehydrator. com/, if you want a used one, you can check the raw and living foods sites and ebay for that, or if you live in a warm climate you can use the sun to dehydrate. Use google to get a how on sun dehydrating for living foods.-Tino Inge <isiggelkow >@ .comSunday, January 13, 2008 5:14:43 PM Best deals to find a dehydrator Hi everybody,I noted that many recipes have to be done usign a dehydrator.
