Anyone ever try full spectrum lighting? I have heard some good things about it and recently read a few good articles about it. I also found an interesting link and thought you might be interested.

Maybe someone already mentioned this, but I suggest a book called HEALTH AND LIGHT by John Ott. He became interested in this subject while working on a Disney movie. He was doing time-lapse photography of flowers for the movie(a well-know children's move but I forgot which one) and noticed changes in the flowers when exposed to different color filters. This led him to do research on filtered light versus full spectrum light. He then moved to Florida in order to have more opportunity to expose his body to sunshine! This is an old book -- I don't know when he wrote it. Happy New Year to All! Love, Helena
