I am certain that you will enjoy the recipes I am sharing. As for the Tomato Soup. I forgot to add 2 dates. This recipe was featured in Essence Magazine. Effortless Spinach Soup 1/2 lb cleaned Spinach 1/4 cup e. v. Olive Oil a pinch of lemon pepper Salt to taste Full the blender or food processor with spinach blend spinach pouring olive oil in as it blends add lemon pepper and salt remove mixture when spinach has creamy Enjoy ! Wakame Soup place 3 cups of water in Vita Mix Add 3 Tablespoons Miso to water Blend until Miso is completely dissolved in the water allow the vita mix to warm the water (this can be done in a pot on the stove using a candy thermometer ) add about 1 cup chopped Wakame , add two sliced green onions Enjoy ! Fantastic Green Smoothie Your Children will Like 1/2 lb spinach 2 pears 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 pkg. Acai (comes frozen in Mom's ) 1 mango peeled Add three cups of water Put the Vita Mix on high and spin till all greens are liquefied See AOL's top rated recipes and easy ways to stay in shape for winter.
