Guest guest
Winter in is a time to go within a time to seek more rest and meditation. I think it also an excellent time to work of some of the task that we have been putting off. Pulling out the long range goals and reasses our progress, visualize what we want the rest of the year to look like. Visualize accomplishing our goals. Not being on the scene so much put creating the scene within. Praying for others and the planet. I love my vita mixer in the winter, you can whip up endless varieties of soup with warm water and have a delightful meal. Using ginger or any other warming spice to warm you even further. If I find my self getting seriously blues out and depress I then go to extra B vitamins and essential oils. I like Joy by young living. I find you must use it 3 x - 6 x daily for benefit. This oil my be to sweet for some, then I would recommend a different one. Regular detox in winter will have you all aglow in the spring. Rezz's suggestion to get out of here and go somewhere warm has supreme merit. Taking media(television, radio) fast will work wonder's on your spirit as well. Making an intention not to think, speak or behave negatively is helpful during any season. Right now some of Linda's cinnamon rolls would cheer the day light out of me At Peace Zatiti Ema, NDCheck out AOL Money Finance's list of the hottest products and top money wasters of 2007.
