Avalaura's Healing Center December News Event Schedule Beginners Hatha Yoga Class Spiritual Awareness Workshop Women's Collective Crystals Workshop Greetings, Happy Holidays! As always there are many exciting events occurring at Avalaura's Healing Center (AHC). We are here to take care of you and keep you grounded and centered during the hectic holiday season. I am pleased to announce that I was a guest on the local TV show The Urban Flow. The show will air this month in DC and in the spring in Montgomery County, MD. November was a busy month, celebrating our 2 year anniversary and hosting several workshops and classes. We'll slow things down a bit this month, and begin anew in the new year with some very exciting events. So please continue to visit the website for updates. As always I look forward to serving you! Classes are taught in traditional Indian style according to Patanjali's Ashtanga yoga philosophy. Classes consist of sun salutations, pranayama (breathwork), chanting, relaxation and fun! Enjoy the ancient art and science of yoga in a sacred space. Investment: $15 per class (3 class series) or $20 per class- drop in.
