Series We had so much fun this fall, I have extended the yoga classes into the winter. Join us for the beginners hatha yoga classes from November 3, 2007- December 15, 2007 (excluding Nov. 10th & 24th). Classes are taught in traditional Indian style according to Patanjali's Ashtanga yoga philosophy. Classes consist of sun salutations, pranayama (breathwork), chanting, relaxation and fun!
