FYI... the 11am class is full, so I've added a 12:30PM class. There are only 3 spaces available. Please let me know if your interested asap!We had so much fun this fall, I have extended the yoga classes into the winter. Join us for the beginners hatha yoga classes from November 3, 2007- December 15, 2007 (excluding Nov. 10th & 24th). Classes are taught in traditional Indian style according to Patanjali's Ashtanga yoga philosophy. Classes consist of sun salutations, pranayama (breathwork), chanting, relaxation and fun! Enjoy the ancient art and science of yoga in a sacred space.
