Guest guest
You know what's far better than a chip for dipping into salsa? A crispy snow pea! I just had a bunch of snow peas I wanted to use up and for the first time I said, "hey, why not use them as a dip for salsa?" Could be with all kinds of raw sauces to. Just thought I pass on my pleasant discovery of the day. Nancy www.healthylivingstrategies.net
Guest guest
Thanks Nancy. I tried my own version of the snap peas (packaged) sold in health food stores. I marinated them for a while then dried them to a crisp. I also made onion rings and onion dip. One could get lost in the dip but I wouldn't advise it 'cause naturally, it's made with a white nut. This is meant to be an every now-and-then treat, not for every day.
