Guest guest
Iodized salt is the #1 source of dietary iodine for most people. Iodine deficiency can cause serious health problems. Kelp and seaweed are good sources of iodine. It can also be found in asparagus, dulse, garlic, lima beans, mushrooms, sea salt, sesame seeds, soybeans, spinach, summer squash, Swiss chard, and turnip greens. , satvic vegan <satvicvegan wrote: > > I have low blood pressure and in hot weather I need to eat salt to keep from (literally) passing out.
