Guest guest
Hi, I recently made my first batch of Almond Milk (Thanks Khepere). I now have the nut milk meat remaining and I do not want to waste it. Are there any recipes that use nut milk meat?...Thanks...Peace...Pat

I didn't really measure....coming from a large family and seeing my mom pinch a little here, dab a little there, I kind of do the same but I'll still share with you what I did I added amounts according to how big I wanted to make the cake and tasted along the way. I took the remainder of the meat, added some ground walnuts, some dates about 10-12, juiced some carrots (8-10 depending on the size) and used the " trash " (carrot pulp), some fresh ground cinnamon, fresh vanilla beans, dehydrated coconut, coconut butter and oil, raisins - mixed this all together to make the cake....if it was too wet/juicy, I would ground up (very find/floury) some raw almonds and add to the recipe. It was delish. I got a topping recipe off goneraw.com that included raw cashews or if you're a chocolate head like me you might make a chocolate sauce with it.....chocolate is delish with anything.........mmmmmm yum. I hope this helps!
