Yes, Scott, I have known this to take at least months, and in some cases years. It all depends upon one's health and vitality starting out, one's overall program (diet, activity, sunshine, rest, etc).

I have been attempting that, and it seems to be working. However, the gray spots don't seem to be going away yet.....lol It will probably take a long time. I have not been drinking wheat juice grass either. This week I did try some natural shampoo, but not sure if I like it. It has coconut oil and stuff in it.--ScottDon't under estimate the wisdom of nature. If man made it, don't eat it.www.POISONINGaNATION.com--- Elchanan wrote:"Elchanan" <Elchanan Wheat grass ... Hi Nancy,

People who pursue a SUSTAINED healthful RF diet frequently report improvements in the texture, color, thickness, etc. of their hair ... PARTICULARLY IF AND WHEN THEY CEASE USING HAIR CARE PRODUCTS. This is not brought about by wheat grass, but rather by a more generalized improving of one's overall diet and health program.

I have known RFs using various approaches to report such improvements, and such improvements occur almost universally among those who choose an 80/10/10 or similar approach. There was an extensive conversation about this in the Raw Food group, 2 years ago give or take. One woman, who had worked in salons for decades, reported that as she improved her diet and eliminated all hair care products ( a HUGE change for her!! :), the condition of her hair became better than at any time in her memory.

Best,

Elchanan
