Guest guest
Did anyone see oprah on 9/18?? I was cleaning a house that day and the owner had it on and i heard Dr. Oz talk about a raw vegan diet. OMG, right on Oprah, so i DVR'd it for the repeat airing that night. They did a study of i think it was 10 people giving them 11 pounds of raw vegan food for 10 days. i wish i could remember the exact details, but i believe it said they had lowered their cholesteral by average 25%, wow, medicine doesnt even do that, and they lost on average 10 pounds. lots of other good info too. They did another study on two groups of woman, they detoxed one and let the others eat whatever, they showed no visible difference after a week. taraRezz Yisrael <zirlah wrote: greetings Lisa Sutton & family,Lisa, we are often given ill advice as to doing any form of cleansing and purification whatsoever. I will simply suggest that you utilize all avenues fathomable to progress your overall health and consciousness. Flushes and colonics have generated such vicious debates among scholars and other researchers. I suggest you use your own best instinct, intellect + intuition for purifying your body temple. We are so utterly inundated with toxicity, how can we be encouraged to be so "natural" in urban city metropolis environments filled with capitalistic greed, racism, TV and such arrogant religiosity? Before doing this type of flush, I would check it close and research the effect possibilities of this. I have not performed this specific form of flushing on my body, though I have utilized closed-system colonics with a loving holistic health applicationist. After I commenced my very first colonic, I had never felt so light and electricallypotent before in my life. For anyone to attempt to tell me now that colonics are to be avoided after having personal experience cannot dispel how I know I felt at that moment. I would do it again, effortlessly. On the whole, I do not rely on thisthough because it is not my ideal. Primely, I much rather live in a more resonant rainforest-near-by locale where I can pick tree fruits and sip coconut water daily.Between Peru and Belize laterals are what I am intending towards eventually. To make it plain Lisa, for someone to say that this type of cleansing is "bad" in any way for you to perform because it is a physical attempt to compromise a natural process is not being fair to you and the totality of current circumstances. When you brush ~ massage your teeth, gums and tongue for oral health, how can such a notion hold a drop of water? Brushing teeth is a physical act to clean and purify your entire body. We know that whatever gets into ones mouth can traverse the alimentary tract and eventually make its way into the bloodstream[especially under the tongue]. We human beings have enough sense to do suchnecessary things to make our living massively more pleasant for experiencing.Gargling ones mouth is another flushing of a portion of the upper alimentary canalfor purposes of cleansing. Shall we not gargle either. Be real with yourself Lisa.Uptain & Sustainment,~Rezz Moody friends. Drama queens. Your life? Nope! - their life, your story.Play Sims Stories at Games.
