Guest guest
Hi Lisa, Personally, I would perform this procedure zero times in a hundred lifetimes. There is a core principle available here about the nature of health itself: Every part of our being cleanses itself through constructive use. In other words, as we begin using all our parts "constructively", meaning as they are designed to be used, our entire being cleans house and puts things in order. All cleanses constitute acts of force against ourselves. They represent attempts by our conscious awareness to supersede the natural control of our physiological functions that rest in the subconscious mind. Further, every forced attempt to cleanse, or to interfere with or redirect any symptom at all, blocks the body's innate intelligence, which is already doing the very best it can in the presence of the conditions we create. Change the conditions, the way we eat and live, and every part of our being will begin to respond immediately and enthusiastically on our own behalf. Make sense? My question to you is this: do you see any problems with the procedure given below and how often could this flush be performed? Thank you in advance (and my apologies if I did ask this already). Directions: On an empty stomach, drink a quart of salt water (2 tsp of sea salt) in the morning. Lay on your right side for 30 minutes (there's something about an 'opening' on the right side). I was told that this pushes out toxins and cleans the colon...and "will push everything out". And that it did. For the record, I could only handle 1 tsp of sea salt, and my diet is nowhere near where I want it to be... Lisa
