Guest guest
Scott, you are absolutely correct. Suboptimal foods and stress dramatically affect our metabolism, and including our waste output. ALL of our odors ... body, breath, crotch, the smell coming from our ears ... are so affected. And necessarily, a clean body produces far less waste, and therefore far less decomposing bacteria, than does a "less clean" body. Absolutely!!! And it's a good thing, because it's GOOD for us to stop using ALL cosmetic/"personal care" products ... oils, creams, lotions, especially sprays, etc. Stop using soap, shampoo, toothpaste, the works. Try it for a month ... you'll likely never go back! I discovered this one day, and decided to put my theory to the test. I worked out without any deodorant and did not seem to smell bad. However, I did not take my own word for it......... I had some close friends check it out to verify.......... :)Thanks.--Scott
