Peel, eat. :-)

Making smoothies is a nice way to get variety. Bananas and fresh oj with a handful of raspberries and a pinky size piece of celery.

Banana, water, and a touch of ginger - good anti-inflammatory drink if in pain

Bananas, pineapple and strawberries....

Lots of fun combos,

I also take frozen bananas and other fruits and put them through the champion juicer with the solid screen - yummy soft fruit cream! For extra touch of flavor I sometimes add a touch of vanilla powder.

Sounds delicious, I will definitely try these out. I make banana ice cream with frozen bananas and dates all the time. It is delicious. My son loves it too. He thinks it's real ice cream. I have to make a few other flavors for him. Perhaps I will make some chocolate with cacao, or something.--ScottDon't under estimate the wisdom of nature. If man made it, don't eat it.Raw Vegan--- pnparlette wrote:<pnparletteRE: Bananas:Tue, 28 Aug 2007 22:47:56 -0400
