Once again the monthly social is upon us. We are excited about the

socials this Summer because of the abundance of fresh produce

available as well as the new recipes we will have for those who want

to try them out.

 

Learn the fundamentals of raw food science, how to setup a kitchen

to prepare raw food meals and the basic techniques used in the

preparation of vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Each raw food

class will demonstrate recipes used to prepare raw food main dishes,

desserts, beverages and snacks.

 

Price: $20.00 per person, free of charge For those that express

interest in preparing a dish or two.

 

We need your RSVP by Thursday, August 30. Due to the popularity

of the Raw (Live) Food Class and Social it is recommended that
