Greetings,My husband and I are attempting to become raw foodist. I find it amazing how many distractions there are when one is attempting change. We have been working on this for a week now and my husband is self-employed and I work in corporate america. I always eat a salad at lunch time, but the other day the sister that I eat with asked me if I wanted a hamburger out of the clear blue sky, she even offered to pay for it. I said no thank you of course. I have not eaten beef in over 30 years. The next situation I encountered was going out with my neighbor...she loves to cook and eat. We went clothing shopping and afterwards ended up getting a seafood dinner. So today, I am going to try and stay in and get my raw food menu together for the week.
