Guest guest
Greetings, My husband and I are attempting to become raw foodist. I find it amazing how many distractions there are when one is attempting change. We have been working on this for a week now and my husband is self- employed and I work in corporate america. I always eat a salad at lunch time, but the other day the sister that I eat with asked me if I wanted a hamburger out of the clear blue sky, she even offered to pay for it. I said no thank you of course. I have not eaten beef in over 30 years. The next situation I encountered was going out with my neighbor...she loves to cook and eat. We went clothing shopping and afterwards ended up getting a seafood dinner. So today, I am going to try and stay in and get my raw food menu together for the week. I know I am just going on and on, just needed to vent a little. How do you avoid these situations, I would like to hear any stories you may have. Guest guest
I find by telling people I am a raw foodist, they keep me on check more then myself. People love to point out to you your own limits. I know if everyone at the table knows im a raw vegan or a vegan, they are paying close attention to what i order. also remember when you are out, a lot of places love to create a special dish for you. Ive walked into the best seafood place in town (I live right off the bay) and asked for a raw vegan dish, and got one of the best meals ive ever had. Note also to everyone. We have a new Jaspers in So. MD, and they have not only a raw veggie appetizer, but ALSO a raw veggie kids meal!!!! taraAllison <millinery wrote: Greetings,My husband and I are attempting to become raw foodist.
