Avalaura will be traveling to India for a month long yoga teacher training. If you would like to schedule an appointment for any of our services, please schedule it now. We would like to accomadate everyone, so please don't wait till the last minute. Additionally, if you are interested in taking any of the classes we offer, please send us an email at avalaura. Several people have requested the crystals workshop be offered during the weekend. If you are interested in attending this workshop on a Saturday during May or June, please email us with your interest. We look forward to continuing to provide you with quality service, workshops and products. There will be many new and exciting offerings when we reopen in August! Women's Collective Sacred Gathering for Women Friday May 18, 2007 7-10PM Get your girlfriends together and join us every 3rd Friday of the month for an empowering and exciting evening. Gather in a sacred space to receive healing services, hear a a presentation, eat delicious vegan food perpared by Alisa of Secrets of Nature and enjoy the company of other like minded women. Hari Om, After spending five weeks in Maharashtra State, India, I have returned as a certified yoga instructor ready to teach beginners yoga classes! In addition, I was blessed to have some of the most amazing experiences; visiting Shridi- Sri Sai Baba's home resting place, visiting the caves of Ajanta Ellora, spending time in Mumbai (formerly Bombay) and developing a new love, appreciation and understanding of yoga. I fell in love with India and I know I will return; there is so much more to explore. I look forward to sharing all that I learned and am still learning from my experiences there. Stay tuned for updates on new and existing workshops and events. The new workshop schedule will be posted on the website soon at www.avalaura.com.
