Guest guest Posted March 7, 2007 Report Share Posted March 7, 2007 I have been studying longevity in " centurians " and one common thing in several of the people over 100 years old was they ate one or more cloves of garlic a day and an oil most vegetarians would not eat. also Escarole and Fennel seed are excellent for digestion.
