Guest guest
Green Life/Green Star/Green Power (I have the Green Life) are all made by Tribest. It keeps going, although it has small cracks on parts of it, it still is functional. I had some problems with a couple of the parts, and Tribest replaced them promptly, although that was 4-5 years ago. They continue to provide parts for their discontinued models. It's very good for juicing greens, but pineapple and other really soft fruits don't do well in it, they mush up and make a big mess. " Ice cream " from frozen fruit comes out like long ropes, rather than like a soft serve, because it doesn't warm the food (as a result of the mechanical process) like Champion does. I've basically been happy with mine. I also don't use it very much anymore - I mostly used it when I was transitioning to raw, when I was juicing daily, and I'll use it for very occasional gourmet dishes, and very rare (anymore) juicing, but otherwise not. Guest guest
At this point, I have trouble digesting greens and also wanted something that juiced soft fruits, like kiwis. I have an autistic son who loves kale/apple juice. I juice a lot for him and for me at this transitioning point. He's very picky about what he touches and will only eat something crunchy. He will, however, drink anything bright green with a little sweetness to it.
