salad dressings for young children

My husband and I have been raw since the beginning of the year. I

convinced my husband it was the right thing to try since he wanted to

lose weight and he wanted more energy. Unfurinately, I am having a

hard time converting my kids (2 and almost 5). I try to give them raw

snacks and at least one raw item on their plate at each meal.

Does anyone have good salad dressing that you think kids will like?

Also, I bought at dehydrator and I have not been using it. What are

some good recipes?

Thanks!

Michele

Hi Michelle,

Try blending an avocado with some fresh orange or

tangerine juice. It is very mild and yummy. You can

also add fresh herbs if you'd like.

All the best,

I don't have a specific recipe, but I have had dressings in the past made

from avocado and seeds blended in water and some lemon juice.

Seasonings can be added also, if desired, such as oregano, thyme, etc.
