She delights in creating dishes that combine great flavors, nutrition and beautiful presentation. She'll demonstrate how to make a soup, an entrée and a dessert composed of raw, healthful fruits, veggies and nuts without any expensive or specialized equipment. You'll sample Creamy Carrot Bisque and Spiced Apple Custard Tart, and you'll try your hand at rolling Thai-style, herb-and-vegetable-filled Collard Wraps to dip in a savory sauce.
