Raw fresh corn is yummy though, it's better in the summer when it is in season. It's really good in salads with avocados and tomatoes for a mexican inspired salad. I use a hotair popcorn popper and then spray olive oil on it with some nutritional yeast. Even though not 100% raw, used very sparingly I find it a way to assist my efforts to be raw.
