Guest guest
One thing I dislike about many media articles about raw foods is the notion that we have to be especially diligent in what we eat to make up for this " restrictive " diet, because we are missing so many nutrients (what? like tran-fats, cholesterol, preservatives, artificial colors/flavors, heat-altered molecules, homogenization-altered fat cells, etc. etc.?) I'm amazed at how ingrained the belief is that we are supposed to eat burgers, pizza, by far mostly cooked food (perhaps a tiny side-salad) and lots of animal products. ....but I digress Eats of Eden Sunday, 10 December 2006, 06:00 CST http://www.redorbit.com/news/health/761424/eats_of_eden/index.html? source=r_health By Martha Quillin, The News & Observer, Raleigh, N.C.
