So, Bob, you're saying to lay off fat......even if one is asymptomatic. I ask cuz I'm plowing thru David Wolfe's Sun Diet and he's saying fats (fatty fruits/some nuts/seeds) are OK if they make up about 1/3rd of the diet. hm...I'll have to experiment. Sometimes I do feel sluggish after eating...sometimes not....need to pay attention to what slows me down and what doesn't :-) I'm liking this notion of paying attention to how you feel rather then just buying into whatever anyone says.....what a concept :-) thanks again for your replies~rookielynn >i used to have chronic candida and now nothing.i eat up to 45lbs of fruit a >day. > >high sugar and greens and a fat fast will keep your energy super high so you >can train like a world class athlete, have stable sugar levels and not go >off the deep end and start eating a tonne of nuts, fat or cooked starches >that so many sugar paranoid people seem to end up doing. > >i travel the world and all the happiest, healthiest, beautiful sweet n >juicey crew i meet are fruit demons of the highest order! lol! > >life is sweet. go low fat, cos thats were its at. >im yet to meet someone to prove nature wrong. > >EVERY person ive every coached with candida does better on super high sugar >and greens and maybe an avocado or handful of nuts a week or 2. > >On 11/26/06, Catherine ><<wildraven%40aaahawk.com>wildraven wrote: > > > > Rookielynn. > > > > It would also depend if you were having any symptoms before ( health > > concerns) ?
