So, Bob, you're saying to lay off fat......even if one is

asymptomatic. I ask cuz I'm plowing thru David Wolfe's Sun Diet and

he's saying fats (fatty fruits/some nuts/seeds) are OK if they make

up about 1/3rd of the diet. hm...I'll have to experiment. Sometimes

I do feel sluggish after eating...sometimes not....need to pay

attention to what slows me down and what doesn't :-) I'm liking this

notion of paying attention to how you feel rather then just buying

into whatever anyone says.....what a concept :-)
