The Christian Bates involved in this development, used to live in

Olympia, WA. He has been to a few of the Raw Seattle potlucks. In

fact, the first one he was at, was at my mom's house on Phinney

Ridge. :-) Way to go Christian, and Suzi!

I've tasted these bars (two flavors, forget what they were) and must say that

these bars are

the BEST " raw food " bars I've ever had, the closest thing to real food I've ever

had in a bar,

and they taste GREAT. True, I happen to know Christian well and think he is a

great guy, but

those who know my brutal honesty will testify, I wouldn't say it if it weren't

true. I'm going to

try to get some samples for the co-op, but I haven't talked with C. about this

yet (since I

tasted the bars) and I don't know how it will pan out. You'll all be informed,

of course.
