Live-Food Thanksgiving Class & Feast

Sunday November 19 Noon - 3 PM

In this class we will create and consume: Scarborough Fair Herbed Un-Turkey,

Majestic Miso Gravy, Pomegranate-Pecan Cornucopia Stuffing, Chipotle-Orange

Cranberry Relish, Parsnip-Pine Nut Whip (Better Than Mashed Potatoes) and

Pumpkin Pie Perfection w/ Whipped Un-Cream

 

 

Taught by Professional Live-Food Culinary Artist Bruce Horowitz, Former

Executive Chef at the world’s first live-food restaurant, RAW in San Francisco,

and currently Owner of The Sun Kitchen and Stirs the Soul RAW Chocolates! and

Retreat Chef for Nature’s First Law.
