Guest guest
Hello everyone, I just moved to Capitol Hill in Seattle. Does anyone know where I can buy some sprouting trays close by? Also, I am preparing food for the first time in my life for and by myself. I know nothing about preparation or right combinations etc. to maintain my good health. I have two books that look informative. 'Nature's First Law' by Alin - Dini - Wolfe, And 'The Yoga Cookbook' - recipes from The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center. It's a start. Originally I searched for and found your organization, to learn how to walk into a supermarket's produce section and eat on the run. Food preparation did not appeal to me. Is this possible? Are there any suggestions on where I might start? Is there any food that I could thrive on that would meet this criteria. I am told sprouts are the perfect food. Can one live on just sprouts? I tried juiceing and love the results but it's very labor intensive. Thanks for any suggestions. Michael When asked how he maintained his youthful figure and good looks Johnny Carson answered... " I eat to live, I don't live to eat. "
