Each year our amazing duet of Chefs, Lois Maykut and Heather Andersen, compose a tantalizing and over-the-top dinner that is Vegan, Raw and can also be prepared gluten-free. To help with your upcoming holiday planning, we are letting you know about it early. In 2005 we added the bonus of takeout meals on Thanksgiving Day. We realize that many of you rightfully enjoy spending this day amongst family and friends, and this allows you to enjoy a full and satisfying meal of food without having to worry about the host's menu. Last year we sent out more than 60 dinners! The two dates to keep in mind for your holiday preparations are: Thursday, November 23rd: Reserved takeout meals from 8am - noon Friday, November 24th: Thanksgiving served in the cafe from 2pm - 8pm We are not yet accepting reservations, but will be in about 10 days when we email out the menu to you. For now, mark your calendars and start your anticipation for what is sure to be a memorable Thanksgiving! See you soon!
