The only pepper you should eat is bell pepper or cayenne red pepper. Black pepper, white pepper, etc. are irritants to the digestive track and excessive use can cause ulcers. I have heard that peanuts can have an aflatoxin on them. I rarely consume them, and not many at a time, as they are high in fat.
