First Post - No Pepper and No Peanuts

You're on the right list. Not everyone here is 100% raw, but mostly raw.

The only pepper you should eat is bell pepper or cayenne red pepper.

Black pepper, white pepper, etc. are irritants to the digestive track and

excessive use can cause ulcers. I have heard that peanuts can have an

aflatoxin on them. I rarely consume them, and not many at a time, as

they are high in fat.
