Hello Raw Fooders!

I am teaching a Raw Food Class for Beginners on Saturday Oct. 7th at the office

of Dr. Amanda Brimhall, Naturopathic Physician in Kirkland. The price is

$30.00, and is from 2:00pm-6:00pm. The office location and address can be found

Dr. Brimhall has told me that there are still from 2-4 spaces left for the

class. The class will emphasize basic food prep skills and skills to enable

staying on the raw food diet. So if you know anyone who is just embarking on

the journey please tell them about the class. I also do 3+ hrs 1:1 raw food

consults for the beginner and charge $90.00 for the session here in my office,

so the class is quite a savings. For attendees of both my private sessions and

classes, on going consults, problem solving, and support as needed is absolutely

free with never a charge. Thanks for spreading the word.
