Guest guest
Herb 'N' Renewal By Nicola M. White, The Tampa Tribune Aug 28, 2006 WESLEY CHAPEL - Past the Applebee's, past the strip mall, past the new construction for a sprawling subdivision, Rose Kalajian tends to30 cats and 7 acres of healthful, healing herbs. Welcome to Wesley Chapel's Natural Health Hut, an organic herb farm smack in the middle of suburbia. Here, Kalajian grows and dries herbs, makes them into extracts and promotes their use for cooking, healing - even decoration. She also teaches people how to eat well, hosting candlelight dinners in a screened pavilion in the middle of the farm, where guests dine on raw organic foods - fruit, vegetables, pizza crust made of ground nuts and flax seed and " salmon " filets made of seaweed and, of course, herbs. She grows some of the food herself. Full story: http://pasco.tbo.com/pasco/MGB8DI68ERE.html
