Guest guest
I just made one of my first raw recipes from a raw cookbook; it was olive spread from Rawsome! pg. 192.(Brigitte Mars) It was so good that I asked my nonraw grown daughter to try it and my daughter-in-law who happened by to try it and they both loved it so much that by the time I happily shared out the product, I was lucky I had set a little aside for mom! :-) Unfortunately, I had to substitute refrigerated Kalamata olives (at least they were preservative free)for sun dried because I'll be if I know where in the world to get sun dried olives. My favorites are cured Kalamata olives that I get in bulk at PCC but I haven't a clue if they are sun cured. I work near a PCC but live in Puyallup (near Tacoma). Does anyone know a place near where I live that I can get these? Thanks for your help!
Guest guest
I have gotten them by mail from Nature's First Law (www.rawfood.com search for Peruvian Olives), but they are out of stock right now.
