Hello,

 

I'm currently a vegan eating about 50% raw and I've decided to try

to go raw as much as I can--I don't know yet how much that will be,

but my goal is for it to be most of my diet, maybe all. I've been

doing a lot of reading and it makes sense to me and seems like a

natural extension of veganism. Now I get to embark on a new

adventure and learn alot more--I will need experienced people to help

me out with questions as they come up. I've been vegan for only a

year and a half and I still run into challenges with that--usually

wondering what is cooked into my food (so raw should eliminate some

of that)or what is in a nonfood product I buy. I'm looking forwardd

to the adventure! Susan
